Fall and Spring Dance classes will be filled as registration forms are received. Some classes are limited in size and have a waiting list.

To register by mail, click on this Registration Form and print. Please fill out a separate form for each student. Include a check written to the Cache Valley School of Ballet, or CVSB. (Note: please do not write checks to the Cache Valley Civic Ballet, or CVCB. Our accounting is separate.)
