Summer Registrations has now begun. Please click on the link at the right for more informaton.

Fall and Spring Dance classes will be filled as registration forms are received. Some classes are limited in size and have a waiting list. Registration for Pilates classes is done through the Cache Pilates Studio.

To register by phone, please call the school at 435-753-3633.

To register by mail, click on this Registration Form and print. Please fill out a separate form for each student. Include a check written to the Cache Valley School of Ballet, or CVSB. (Note: please do not write checks to the Cache Valley Civic Ballet, or CVCB. Our accounting is separate.) A $30/year insurance fee must be included for each student.
