School Performances
The Cache Valley School of Ballet holds one year-end performance in the Ellen Eccles Theatre.
This performance is intended to highlight what the students have accomplished in their classes. It also gives parents an opportunity to observe the higher level classes to see what their children can attain.
Technique class member wear their own black leotards with black skirts provided by the school.
Ballet is a performing art and the school offers a seperate performance class for interested students to learn the fundamentals of stage movement, carriage, and foundation steps like the mazurka and czardas. Along with this, they learn a little dance history regarding some of the dances that are taught.
The Performance classes dance in the year-end school performance and also have an additional performance in the Whittier community center gym in December.
Performance class members wear costumes belonging to the Cache Valley Civic Ballet.
