Class Descriptions

Level 1~ Beginning Pilates class for individuals who have not had any Pilates training with a certified instructor. You will learn and apply the basic principles of the STOTT PILATES method and begin to learn the Level 1 excercises. Your instructor will be able to give you corrections so you know you are working safely and effectively. This class is a great introduction to Pilates.

Level 2~ This class is for those who have taken at least one full 15 week semester of Level 1 or have had 4-5 private sessions. You will expand your ability to practice the intermediate and advance excercises, and will be able to incorporate small equipment such as flex-band, fitness circle, stability ball and weighted balls in a challenging yet rewarding class.

Pilates for Kid's~ A fun and great way for kid's to increase flexibility through stretching, strengthening core muscles, and learning breathing techniques that are usefull to help them relax when life can be stressful. A great conditioning class for any young dancer or athlete between the ages of 10 and 14. (Offered summer session only, $50)
