Public Auditions
Public Auditions are held to fill character and children's roles. In the Nutcracker, this includes parents and children in the Party Scene, mice, and clowns. Other parts are available in spring shows.
There is a small audition fee for all public auditions. Those chosen for performances will be expected to pay a nominal participation fee which covers part of the cost of insurance, make-up, and costuming.
Auditions for character roles in

at the Whittier Community Center
290 North 400 East, Logan, Utah
$5.00 audition fee
Clowns: 5:30
boys and girls, 5 yrs and older,
must be 3 - 4 feet tall
Party Girls: 6:15
girls, 7 yrs and older,
must be 4 - 5 feet tall
Party Boys and Mice: 7:00 Party Boys, Fritz, and the Nutcracker Prince
boys, 7 yrs and older
Male dancers, mice, 11 and older: 7:30
11 and older
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to audition time to complete paperwork.
- No one admitted after auditions begin.
- Those selected from public auditions will be expected to pay a participation fee of $20.00 per individual, plus $10.00 for each additional family member.
